My name is Bonnie Jean MacDonald. One of my favorite things is my pets. I wrote another blog about pets and their care at Puffer’s Golden Years. It was a reaction to the dogs living next door that were not being cared for wisely. I have since removed Puffer’s blog because it was getting old and dated. I used my cat Puffer as the voice but then he passed on after 19+ years last February 2009. When I loose a pet all the others pets come back and I relive their lives. So I indulged myself and shared pictures and descriptions of all my other pets on that blog.
As of November 21, 2009 I adopted Ebony and Sneakers and they asked why can’t they have a blog too? They had a story to tell of how they had been adopted from a pet store and lived for 10 years with a family in Bellevue till they were given up for adoption. They spent 4 months in the Seattle Humane Society for they were 10 years old. They wanted to talk about the transition to a new home, what life was like for an older cat and learning knew things.
So this blog will be a continuation of the message that Puffer wanted to share.
“Be kind to animals and they will reward you with their unconditional love.”
Attention: If you end up on this blog from one of my others that covers my genealogical interests you are in the wrong place.

You might be able to find where you came from by using your back arrow or finding the correct tab at the top. Comments are either at the top of the post or at the bottom at the end of the categories and tags. I am working on the problem and I am sorry for the inconvenience. Bonnie
